Open Box Returns We accept returns of opened but undamaged items. As long as the product is in its original condition, you are eligible for a return.

Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs TOPrivaTech covers return shipping costs if the product is received damaged. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Custom Products Policy Custom products are eligible for a refund only if the customization error is on our part. If the error is due to customer-provided specifications, refunds are not available. However, we offer a discount for reordering corrected custom products.
